Recycling Technologist
At Amiblu, we’re determined to tackle the world’s water crisis with modern pipelines that last for generations. We operate in 125 countries around the globe and transport water reliably to and from homes, industries, and every one of us. To strengthen our Technology Team at the Amiblu Technology Center, we are looking for a Recycling Technologist (m/f/d).
You want to work at the interface between theoretical and practical tasks in an international manufacturing company? You are crazy enough to think of reusing or recycling GRP products that last for generations? Then YOU are the right one to join our Technology Team!
We are looking for someone who can contribute with enthusiasm and new impulses to our team of experienced engineers. As part of the Amiblu Technology Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations at our production facilities, develop new and better production methods, and contribute to training and commissioning of new production lines worldwide.
Your tasks:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing and working processes to optimize production and new products
- Support activities to recycle our GRP pipes and process recycled material in production
- Work cross-functionally, within Amiblu Technology and across factories, to support new product development and testing of products in the laboratory
- Lead, or participate in, research and development projects to ensure and further drive best-in-class manufacturing
- Prepare and further develop technical documentation for the company’s various processes and products as well as for our recycling management, which is vital for our sustainable business
Your profile:
We are looking for candidates who want to work at the interface between theoretical and practical tasks in a successful international manufacturing company. We do a lot of interdisciplinary collaboration across the development teams, and you should enjoy working together with your colleagues to solve challenging issues. Whether you are interested in process or product development, or material science, we would like to hear from you. We assume that you have a degree in materials, process, or chemical engineering, or similar. Some years of experience working as an engineer is an advantage, but not a requirement.
We all have strengths and weaknesses, sunny and foggy days. That’s why we put companionship at the heart of everything. We are looking for curious minds who deeply care about their team, want to make a difference, and are proud to work on cutting-edge products. As a diverse and colorful bunch ourselves, we welcome all genders, ethnicities, religions, ages, and sexual orientations.
